Internal Arts Classes

What is Internal Arts?

Nei Gung Chuan Fa – “Internal Fist Way” this class is the actual original internal method that is called secret or closed door. There are no secrets, however, there is only training. The secret is to train the internal method and acquire the way of internal strength. That is a high level of understanding and training that is seen in all the Arts, but usually reserved only for advanced levels – why wait? These methods should be trained from the very first day you step into a Dojo or Kwoon.

Curriculum

All the Internal arts are basically based on the”13 postures” and are also the core of all martial arts. There are also the fa-jings, which are the training way of issuing the power. They must be trained together. There are self healing techniques and NGCF is a health system in and of itself. The advanced students help with the beginning students. Together we learn how to acquire strength that comes in training the breath, the tendons, and the ligaments, while learning the movements that create a relaxed state of mind, body, and spirit, called song. This training should be available to beginners, and the most advanced ---- this training ties all the pieces together and creates the dragon body, the connectivity that allows an increase of power and the ability to unleash energy in any direction, to support what-ever art you practice and increase the skills you already possess.
