Combinations: Kick-Punch Combinations

  1. Bow
  2. Left Direction- Outward, Downward Shuto
  3. Right Direction- Outward, Downward Shuto
  4. Front Direction- Outward, 3 Downward Shutos
  5. Bow

Self Defense Releases

Front Bear Hug w/ Arms Pinned- Stomp Feet to Release
Front Bear Hug w/ Arms Free- Stomp Feet and Push Head Back
Rear Bear Hug w/ Arms Pinned- Stomp Feet and Backward Thrust
Rear Bear Hug w/ Arms Free- Stomp Feet and Strike Hands

Sparring Drills

Kicks from Ground- Front Kick, Side Kick, Back Kick
Start Standing.  Get knocked on Ground, turn and follow attacker
Get up and run
