Basic Techniques

Stanced: Cat Stance
Blocks: Palm Block
Strikes: Hook Punch, Inward Shuto, Inward Elbow
Combinations: 1-2 Strikes
Kicks: Side Kick, Back Kick

Kata Two

  1. Bow
  2. Left Direction- Upward, Straight Palm
  3. Right Direction- Upward, Straight Palm
  4. Front Direction- Upward, 3 Straight Palm
  5. Bow

Self Defense Releases

Wrist Grab #4- Double Grab Release- clear and kick
Wrist Grab #5- Two Hand Grab Release- roll over and push down
Wrist Grab #6- Two Hand Grab Release- grab through and pull up
Front Hair Grab Release- pin hands and bend forward
Rear Hair Grab Release- pin hands, turn, and bend forward

Sparring Drills

Kicks from Ground- Front Kick, Side Kick, Back Kick
Start on Ground, turn and follow attacker
